I know you probably make money opposing the longer ones but from a psychological point of view I find laying at long odds tough. When I do play (and its usually dogs rather than horses for me) I try to oppose 'em at 4.0 or less, when the odd one goes in I can cope with it mentally and it doesn't kill my bank.
